“The Block” Seton’s Homeowners Association facility and park is unveiled.
Calgary, AB – The Seton Homeowners Association (HOA) is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its highly anticipated 14,000 sq. ft. lifestyle centre and 6-acre park named “The BLOCK” on Friday, August 15, 2025. This milestone marks a major step forward in creating a vibrant, connected community in the heart of Seton, with the unveiling of the newest amenity — a space designed for connection, recreation, and year-round enjoyment.
The new facility is more than a building — it is a gathering place where residents can connect, play, and
explore. Designed for all ages, the lifestyle centre includes modern gathering spaces, multi-use meeting
rooms, and a mini gymnasium.
The adjoining park adds even more ways to enjoy life close to home, featuring:
