Construction of the Seton HOA facility and park started in Spring 2024 and will serve the Seton and Seton Ridge communities. The HOA is anticipated to open in summer 2025.

This exclusive centre will be approximately 14,000 square feet, sitting on a six-acre site the HOA will be a place for residents to connect, play, and explore. Plans for the facility include multiuse rooms (e.g. studio, meetings, parties, events, etc.), enhanced gathering areas, mini gymnasium, lockers, kitchen, and more. Preliminary plans for the park include a splash park, casual skating area, fire pit, hockey rink, basketball nets, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, picnic/bbq shelters, amphitheatre, enhanced gathering areas, and more.
