Hello Seton! We have a great program for your kids to try out this fall. Sportball is offering different sports for 1.5 – 3 year-olds, 3-5 year-olds, 5 – 7.5 year-olds and a great new FitKids program for 8-12 year-olds! Fitkids is designed to improve agility, flexibility, endurance and core strength in a supportive setting that promotes healthy living at an early age. Coaches lead children through developmentally appropriate exercises and fun and exciting cooperative play.
