HOA Visioning and Engagement
Brookfield Residential aims to build communities that you can call the best place to call home. They are dedicated to understanding what residents hope to experience and feel living in their communities and how living in a Brookfield community can contribute positively to your quality of life. That means creating spaces, places and experiences that encourage connections, kinship and vibrancy. Homeowners Associations, parks, and other public spaces make this happen.
The Seton Homeowners Association (SHOA) includes a facility and a private park at the heart of the community. Brookfield wants to hear from you and how you would like to utilize our HOA space as well as the community overall.
