Brookfield Residential in partnership with HomeSpace is constructing a 45-unit affordable family-oriented development in Calgary’s Seton community, where rentals will be 20% below market. The development will be comprised of 29 3-bedroom units (7 accessible), 11 2-bedroom units (2 accessible), and five accessible 1-bedroom units, as well as communal amenity space.
This building was made possible by the generous commitment of visionary homebuilders Brookfield Residential/Albi Homes through the former RESOLVE Campaign, the Government of Canada through Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, and the City of Calgary.
