Aligning with the opening of the Block, effective August 15th, 2025, Seton Homeowners Association (Seton HOA) will implement the encumbrance fees, which are pro-rated from August 15th, 2025 to March 31st, 2026. The fiscal year for the Seton HOA is April 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026.
The annual fees are pro-rated for this fiscal year from August 15th, 2025 to March 31st, 2026, to $269.78 + GST. Members can pay Seton HOA fees as a one-time payment or monthly installments. Click HERE for payment options
Seton HOA, as a not-for-profit organization, manages assets for the benefit of Seton residents E.g. (the Block facility, exclusive park & amenities, and entry features). The Block is the heart of the community, where memories are created and will provide opportunities and experiences to connect with your family, friends, and neighbours; cultivating community for those who call Seton and Seton Ridge home. A registered encumbrance on all property titles ensures compliance with the Articles of Association, making membership not an option for every property owner within the Seton HOA boundary.
